The Condition Editor

The condition editor is used to specify how two tables relate to each other. The “Current Conditions” list shows the current columns used to define the relationship. The lower lists show the columns available for defining a relationship. The left list shows the columns in the child table. The right list shows the columns in the parent or sibling tables. The drop-down list between the two lower lists shows the conditional operators. In almost all cases it should be equals. The drop-down list on the right side shows the Boolean operators available to combine conditions. This should almost always be “and”.

Click the “New” button to create a new condition. Use “Delete” to remove a condition. While editing a condition click a column in either list to edit the current condition. If no column exists on the other side of the condition WordPage looks for a column with the same name and selects it automatically.
