Create the frame documents

1. In the WordPage menu select “Frames” and then “New Frame Above”. You now have three documents open. In the lower panel you are editing “WordPage Tutorial1”. The upper panel is the document we’ll edit next to make it easier to provide the filters discussed at the beginning of the tutorial.

2. Select a theme for the upper document.

3. Position the cursor in the upper document and double click the “Amount” field in the field list.

4. Repeat step 3 for the “LastName” and “OrderDate” fields. After a little cosmetic editing your screen should look like this:

Set frame and save the ASP file

1. Set the target frame of the upper document to Frame1 by selecting “Select target frame” from the WordPage menu. Frame1 is the lower frame because it was created first. You may right click on a frame and select “Frame Properties” to see or change the name of a frame.

2. Right click on the upper frame and select “Save Current Frame As”. Save the upper frame as “WordPage Tutorial2.htm”.

3. In the file menu select “Save” and save the frameset document as “WordPage Tutorial3.htm”.

4. Save your ASP documents by selecting “Create ASP” from the WordPage menu.
