Create a new calculated field

1. Press the “Add” button on the field list.

2. Name the new field “Amount”

3. Either type the text yourself or use the field and function lists to make the calculation read “Sum(UnitPrice*Quantity)”.

Your screen should now look like this:

4. Press OK to go back to the field list. Your new calculated field now shows up in the field list.
